الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ

To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allāh, over all things, is Witness.
