يَسْأَلُهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ

Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is in [i.e., bringing about] a matter.
