30:5
بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
In the victory of Allāh. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
