Surah Yusuf Ayah #31 Translated in Yoruba
فَلَمَّا سَمِعَتْ بِمَكْرِهِنَّ أَرْسَلَتْ إِلَيْهِنَّ وَأَعْتَدَتْ لَهُنَّ مُتَّكَأً وَآتَتْ كُلَّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ سِكِّينًا وَقَالَتِ اخْرُجْ عَلَيْهِنَّ ۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَيْنَهُ أَكْبَرْنَهُ وَقَطَّعْنَ أَيْدِيَهُنَّ وَقُلْنَ حَاشَ لِلَّهِ مَا هَٰذَا بَشَرًا إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا مَلَكٌ كَرِيمٌ
Nigba ti (ayaba) gbo ete (oro) won (ti won n so nipa re), o ranse si won. O si pese ohun jije ajokooje sile fun won. O fun ikookan won ni obe (ti o maa fi jeun). O si so pe: “Jade si won, (Yusuf).” Nigba ti won ri i, won gbe e tobi (fun ewa ara re). Won si rera won lowo (fun iyanu ewa ara re). Won si wi pe: “Mimo ni fun Allahu! Eyi ki i se abara. Ki ni eyi bi ko se molaika alapon-onle.”
